1 Acceptance of the Terms

When you access phlbest.asia, create an account, or use any PHLBEST service, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. This creates a legally binding agreement between you and PHLBEST.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the PHLBEST platform. If you keep using the platform after we update these terms, your continued use will be treated as your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use PHLBEST, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Verified accounts have no maximum withdrawal limit under normal conditions, although larger withdrawals may still require additional verification.
